What information we process

We process the details you give when you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, message and any marketing consent. We also process the contact details needed to manage the customer relationship.

Purpose

We use the information to respond to enquiries and requests for quotes and to manage the customer relationship. We use it for marketing only if you have given permission.

Legal basis

Processing is based on legitimate interest and on a contract. For marketing, the basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How form messages are handled and stored

Information sent through the contact form is forwarded to us by email via the Resend email service and is received in our Gmail inbox (Google). Form data is not stored in the website's own database. We keep messages in our email only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage the customer relationship or meet legal obligations. Resend processes the messages in order to deliver them and may retain their data in its service under its terms.

Website hosting and logs

The website runs on Cloudflare. For troubleshooting and security, the site records technical log data about page requests, such as the time of the request and the address of the page requested. These logs are kept for at most seven days. Cloudflare also processes traffic data in order to provide the service, under its own terms.

Service providers and transfers

We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing. We use these service providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting), Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.; forwarding of form messages) and Google (Gmail). Cloudflare and Resend are US companies, so data may be transferred outside the EU and the EEA. The transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which both companies are certified under, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Google may also process Gmail data outside the EU under its own terms.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to restrict or object to the processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For questions about your rights, email .

Cookies

The site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The browser may store only information that is necessary for the site to work. The map on the contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, so your browser sends that service a request which can show, for example, your IP address.

We update this notice if the way we process personal data, or the way the site works, changes. The current notice is always on this page.
